In March of 2024, I oversaw the audit of Shenanigans Bar for the state of Kansas. To prepare for this, I prepared all the pricing, invoices, daily reports, etc. to be presented for the audit for the last four years.

In addition, after Shenanigans bar was sold to another buyer, the owners requested to retain me to assist them with inventory, POS changes, pricing, and facilitate a smooth transition from our ownership to theirs.

During my employment with Tanners Bar and Grill, I coordinated a benefit golf tournament for the Kansas Food Bank every year. This included handling all raffles, ticket sales, money, schedule, donated items, auctioned items, etc. In total, we raised 3 million dollars for the Kansas Food Bank during the thirteen years I was employed there.
