  • Implemented strategy to convert TCTS program participants into the first ever national partnership sponsors. Achieved similar results attracting GSAC program sponsors. Partners included Citibank, Wells Fargo, and U.S. Bank.
  • Managed all aspects of national partner relationships, including contract negotiation, identification of and coordinating nationally publicized special events.
  • Generated more than 60% of foundation’s annual revenue through national program partner/licensing agreements. Oversaw product and program budget of $325,000.
  • Produced and marketed series of TCTS resource kits creating an 18-year annual revenue stream. Created similar product for GSAC program, which created 11+ years of revenue.
  • Designed and delivered in-person and on-line training to prepare bankers providing financial literacy instruction to children, teens, and young adults. Training sessions ranged from 20-45 attendees to 300-540 participants, depending on presentation format.
  • Paired bankers with #___ members of Congress and industry regulators to conduct #___ teaching events that provided positive visibility for banks, the banking industry and public officials.
  • Spoke on behalf of ABA’s industry-wide initiatives and advocated need for financial education at industry conventions, conferences, and state workshops. Presented at state, regional, and national educator summits. Effectively expanded support for and participation in foundation’s national programs, as well as increased sales and use of products.
  • Organized all aspects of foundation conference participation from generating speaking and marketing opportunities to shipping supplies, and networking with conference attendees.
  • Served as end user liaison through foundation’s progressive conversion to three database systems. Member of three person team tasked with designing and implementing user interface for proprietary system. Technical adaptability to learn and use new database systems.
  • Served 12 years as a board member for the Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy advocating for financial education and representing the banking industry’s efforts to provide youth financial education.

  • Introduced use of Qualtrics survey software to modernize how foundation listened to association members customers, analyze feedback and resolve pain points.
