Held executive level responsibility for the overall delivery of RF design, network deployment, integration, and operations of DISH's unique Open-RAN, cloud native 5G network across the US northeast region, spanning 13 states and Washington DC

• Built 7 market teams in 8 offices during the pandemic
• Lead team of 250 people, and 10 direct reports; Effectively managed an annual operating budget of $160M;
• Successfully created an RF design that delivered both maximized covered POPs, and a network that can be optimized to carry Voice over New Radio traffic;
• Leased, permitted, constructed, and integrated 5000 macro sites in less than three years - a capital spend of $1.3B; Created and implemented changes in the construction process resulting in tower installs averaging 14 days in construction and rooftop sites averaging under 30 days
• Built strong, effective vendor partner relationships with tower and fiber companies throughout the region
• Delivered an aggressive build plan to meet FCC requirements to provide 5G coverage to 20% of the US population by June 2022, and 70% by June 2023.
• Commercially launched the network in key markets including Philadelphia, Washington DC, Baltimore, Richmond, Norfolk/Virginia Beach, Hartford, and all of Upstate New York. New Jersey and NYC metro to launch 12/31/23.

Executive responsible for all facets of AT&T account from site acquisition through optimization across 7 markets. Leading a team of 150 wireless professionals, an annual build plan of 3000+ unique site locations, with $260M annual revenue.

• Completed 100% of the build plan on time 2018, 2019
• Increased Turf Vendor scorecard ranking from 11/13 to 3/13 within 18 months
• Negotiated uniform GC pricing, improving margin by 8%
• Launched 4 new AT&T markets for SAC
• Integrated commissioning and integration into deployment team; consolidated back office operations, successfully rolled out a new database of record, improved forecast accuracy to 95%, achieved company-best employee satisfaction survey scores.

Developed, grew, and managed a medium sized Antenna and Line company in the NYC market delivering installation, testing/commissioning, and integration services to our expanding client base.

• Opened 5 new markets in 7 months with each achieving profitability within 60 days
• Reduced overhead and streamlined procedures to achieve overall profitability within six months
• Implemented a companywide safety program.

Provided consulting services to new and established companies:

• Ericsson (Sprint Network Vision) - Established reporting structures and processes for the field and centralized support; revamped logistics to reduce cycle times and CIP; recruited and re-built the Florida deployment team
• Focus Fiber/Focus Wireless - Advised a traditional OSP construction company on entering the wireless space; Negotiated carrier and OEM contracts on client's behalf
• SRX Group - Advised a wind energy services company on entering the wireless construction space; negotiated contracts on their behalf; advised on hiring and training crews and first-level management teams

Overall responsibility for operations of 6 markets (NY Metro, New England, Philadelphia, BAWA, Miami, and Chicago) for a $65M A&L company

• Executed major projects for Sprint/Clearwire and SiriusXM
• Head of Business Development at the end of my tenure, delivering major wins from Clearwire, Mobilitie, and AT&T.

Managed project-based teams supporting Verizon, USCC, AT&T, and Clearwire in NY Metro, Upstate NY, BAWA, Pennsylvania, and Chicagoland

• Heavy focus on site acquisition and FTTP.

Senior leadership responsible for full scope of site development and integration activities across Mid-Atlantic region, including Richmond, BAWA, Philadelphia, Central Pennsylvania, and Pittsburgh markets for new WiMAX 4G network.

Established national site development strategies for the overlay of a 4G WiMAX network.

Managed 21 wireless and long-distance switches, 10,000+ cell sites, several thousand miles of OSP fiber, 300 technicians and 50 support personnel across 13 Midwestern states.

Market leader responsible for the acquisition, zoning, permitting, and Built of Phase 2 and 3 sites for Sprint's CDMA network in the NY MTA.

Individual Contributor with promotion to first-level manager positions acquiring, permitting, and building Sprint's initial footprint in the NY metro region.
