
I've spent the last four years working for FirstService Residential — first as a front desk associate and now as a team lead at Las Olas Beach Club — and over that time I've found myself consistently drawn to the technical side of the job. I've handled IT support tasks including printer troubleshooting and repair, assisted the IT department with security camera diagnostics, managed Microsoft Outlook and shared drive administration for all staff, and resolved a UPS hardware failure after a lightning-induced power surge while troubleshooting live with IT remote support. Outside of work I built a custom PC from scratch, deployed Windows 10/11 via bootable USB, and regularly use Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and iPadOS. I'm completing my CompTIA A+ certification (Core 1 passed, Core 2 by April 2025) and looking to move into IT full-time within a company I already know well.
