• Company overview. Tri-Pack is largest manufacturer of BOPP and CPP films in Pakistan. This company was established in 1993 as a joint venture company of Mitsubishi Japan and Packages Ltd. Pakistan.
• Completed a project of BOPP film manufacturing plant. Cost of project is around 40 million Euros. It is Line 5 project (reference www.tripack.com.pk, reference line 5 video showing filmed on first production day)
• Improved team efficiency by implementing agile project management methodologies and streamlining communication channels.

• Finalized the selection of tape making / coating machine costing 3.6 Million Euros. This machine is due for inspection in Italy in the month of April 2025

• To design hardware and software of PLC based customized machines
• Major projects undertaken during the job were conversion of TV manufacturing line, into computer monitor line at ‘National Panasonic’, machine for ‘Bridgestone sporting goods’, machines for ‘Hitachi consumer products’, Machine for ‘Toyo kiki’
• Before transferring to design department, worked in assembly shop whereby wiring and software adjustment was done on the machines
• Designed software using Omron, Mitsubishi, Panasonic PLCs
