I go above and beyond to help the customers. I genuinely love customer service and helping people. I was a bit shy before I got this job and it really brought me out of my shell. I do everything I can to resolve issues and help them if I have the means and if I don’t I find someone who can and guide them through it.

I would set up the breakfast area for guests. I made sure everything was stocked and cook the hot food and put it out. Make sure coffee and food was always fresh and hot. I then cleaned the kitchen, dining area and lobby area.

I was helping the owner with getting the new location of Fattys Pizza ready to open up. I would make calls and help with painting and the menu boards and just getting the restaurant ready to open for business.
