  • My field work included assessing water quality and threats to ecosystems, census-taking of plant and animal species, observing dolphins in the Atlantic Ocean, intertidal monitoring at area beaches, birdwatching at a coastal lagoon, and conducting interviews with locals on human and economic impacts related to marine ecosystems.
  • My final project aimed to raise public awareness around coastal dune preservation and the plastics crisis that is harming the ocean.
