• Educate advisors on all aspects of the retirement plan business, including plan design, fiduciary considerations, and product positioning.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to uncover cross-selling opportunities and deliver comprehensive retirement and investment solutions.
• Lead client and prospect meetings, conducting fact-finding sessions and delivering tailored presentations that support successful plan conversions.
• Coordinate with corporate teams and TPAs to prepare proposals, presentations, and closing documentation for new retirement plan business.
