• The CSS Portal is a salesforce CRM application implementation for a manufacturing industry interacting with multiple systems using REST API integration including but not limited to Siebel, AAS, ePayment Manager, Mainframes and Informatica
• The portal, was one of the touch points for industry to its customers, leverage the customers to access their Retail/Lease account information, online statement, receive notifications and make online payment and provide options to continue/purchase/end their contract through salesforce and mobile app
• I worked as a senior developer and delivered a complex module in the given time frame.

• Hollard Insurance (Hollard Group)
• This application leveraged the Hollard insurance customers to administer the lifecycle of insurance policies holistically
• The customers’ requests would be routed to pre-defined queues based on insurance groups and location for various approvals that may be required
• The approval process and notifying the customers through reminder emails was an automated process.
• Request Submission, Training App
• (Acclarent Inc.)
• This application, implemented on sales cloud, catered to the needs of sales representatives for campaigning, sales forecasting, getting quarterly sales reports and generating requests for Acclarent customers
• As part of enhancement, the application was further customized to monitor product trainings that were provided to Acclarent’s end customers and Acclarent’s workforce.
• Quote to Contract (PGi)
• Quote to Contract assisted telecom industry’s sales representatives to generate quote information of the conferencing products for their customers
• Further, the automated multi-level approval process and customization to e-sign the contracts ensured a quick turn-around time for the sales representatives to close big deals.
• Vauxhall Fleet Management (General Motors)
• This application handled the lead management and opportunity management for General Motors
• The overhauling of the lead management, opportunity management and approval processes enabled sales representatives of Vauxhall to run multiple campaigns, generate better number of leads and win opportunities at a better pace.
