Responsible for moving the the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store when major holidays hit.

• Monitors entrances/exits as well as sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior. Gathers theft indicators and uses internal or external intelligence to impact shortage trends.; Effectively communicates to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention Leadership. Adheres to Company policy for external theft response. Executes all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.

• Greet customers on the showroom floor Accept and process customer payments Maintain the aesthetics of showroom floor by cleaning and/or organizing merchandise Update customer information in store files and computer Answer incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate team member.

• Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise. Receive, open, unpack and issue sales floor merchandise. Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles. Answer customers' questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection

• Establish goals for soliciting funds, develop policies for collection and safeguarding of contributions, and coordinate disbursement of funds.
