• Agreement between Nolan L. Jones, Jr ., hereinafter referred to as "DJ" and Monica Tune hereinafter referred to as "Client". This contract is made between "DJ" and "Client" on 12/18/23 . "Client" hereby employs "DJ" to perform musical services on the designated date(s) and time(s) as outlined below: Definition of Event 1. Date of Event : 4/20/24 2. Type of Event : Wedding 3. Location
• La Grange Community Center 4. Duration of Event : 3 Hours Start Time : 6 p.m. End Time : 9 p.m. Cost Factors "Client" must pay "DJ" the full agreed price of $450 as follows: a) "Client" shall pay "DJ" fifty dollars ($50.00) as a non-refundable deposit; b) The Final payment of $400 must be paid to "DJ" one (1) hour before scheduled performance. Terms and Conditions "DJ" shall arrive 1 hour(s) prior to performance on the day of the performance. "DJ" is responsible for and shall provide any and all sound equipment for performance, unless otherwise stated. "Client" waives any claim against "DJ" for any personal injury or property damage suffered in connection with this performance under contracted duties. There will be a one hundred ($100.00) charge per hour for any time that exceeds three (3) hours, payable at the conclusion of the event. Cancellation Policy 'DJ" reserves the right to cancel this agreement if "Client" fails to uphold contractual terms. "DJ" reserves the right to cancel this agreement in the event of any Act of God (i.e. tornado, hurricane, blizzard). In the event there is an Act of God, "DJ” agrees to reimburse the full amount of the deposit to "Client" within three (3) business days. If the "Client" cancels the contract for any reason except an Act of God, "DJ” reserves the right to keep deposit. Postponement of event forfeits deposit, unless otherwise agreed by “DJ”.
