  • Led cross-functional collaboration with technical and operations teams to deploy lane optimization for 500+ Amazon facilities in North America. Pioneered the initiative in Chicago across 13 sites which led to increased route efficiency, improved dispatch management, and attainment for dwelling customer packages.
  • Developed and implemented comprehensive risk mitigation strategy for critical cross-dock optimization for two Chicago-area hubs for last mile dispatch. Collaborated across multiple stakeholders including Site Leaders, WHSMs, and Program Management teams to focus on safety protocols while optimizing fleet headcount and check-in process improvements to serve the greater Chicago area during Peak 2024.
  • Led 7 cities across the Midwest region in 53-foot dry van runs execution, finished with 49K loads executed.   • Led the Midwest region to #2 in the network for Peak 2022 over the road execution with 2,000 runs executed at 78,000 miles covered. In 5 weeks, 435 associates were able to execute 5,000 hours in 7 states thus growing 1P efforts by 220% YoY with a cost savings of $550,000.
  • Reduced 3P shuttling hours by 930 hours YoY has a high transaction site that processes 11.9MM cartons per week. Strategically trained and hired associates to help on the road execution to save the network $3.2 MM per year while gaining total Amazon control of yard operations.
  • Established a new market in Albuquerque, NM where we utilized labor for ABQ5’s launch from ABQ1 to mitigate headcount gap. ABQ1 launched without 3P, being the second site of the region to achieve this feat, with 100% hostler trained TAs Day 1 in 2021.

  • DEI Champion of the Midwest and launched the first ever DEI committee for the region. This committee spearheaded a lot diverse content for the associate population, re-organized BLM roundtables for better internal impact as well as developed Area Managers regionally to drive inclusion at their sites.
  • Reorganized 35 route schedules on Spring 2021 network execution plan by partnering with engineering on a yard break analysis, eliminating 15 additional pull times to reduce trailer waste for utilization and created a safer environment for the yard as well as dock operations for the gateway site.
