- Preform all basic tasks, including taking care of bar guests, tending to the bars' table section assigned and making drinks for the well.

- I ensure to keep an organized workspace at all times and hold consistent standards when I am closing.

- I come up with drink specials on occasion when the company is having promotions or to feature for weekly/monthly rotating cocktail list.

- As a key holder, I touch tables and check in with all guests to help ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

- Also monitor associates throughout each assigned shift and professionally managed any challenges to maintain optimal store performance.

-I picked up take-out shifts to hustle for more hours. But bartending/serving is my main interest.

- Duties while working a lunch bar shift include keeping bar clean/stocked, and fulfilling well tickets.

- Other tasks during a lunch shift included taking all the tables, watching the front door, answering phones, running food, bussing tables and helping expo food since there is no other FOH employee on the clock besides take-out.

- This privately owned company threw an assortment of different types of events, organized privet dinner parties, charity auctions, themed birthday parties, etc.

- Sole bartender for their events most times with 50-200+ people, and was required to bring my own bar equipment

- Occasionally cocktail waitressed. I helped work the room to keep the guests wanting for nothing and common areas clean of trash.

- Help set up banquet food stations and coordinated service stations to keep proper flow in the dining and common areas of the venue.

- No matter my position I would also monitor the alcohol intake of the guests to curtail any possible inappropriate behavior.
