Monica Martinez

My name is Monica Martinez, I have recently earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and I am excited to put my skills to use with children. I am a dedicated mother of four, 3 sons and a daughter, three of which attend Manteca Unified School District while my other one is in college. In my kids early education, I volunteered regularly in their classrooms, allowing me to gain hands on experience in a school setting, assisting students academically and socially while working closely with teachers to support classroom instruction. Now going into the paraprofessional field, I feel prepared to contribute to students’ growth. Not only do I have a bachelors in sociology, I also have an Associates in Social Behavior Science, this education has prepared me in different areas important to help support students. With these skills, I’m ready to help students learn, grow, and feel confident in the classroom.
