Passionate and hardworking RN dedicating 9 years working in a 33-bed urgent care. This setting provided a wide variety of clinical experiences as well as ample opportunity for growth and development as an RN. A steady progression in acquired experience, skills, and responsibility resulted in promotion from staff nurse, to charge nurse, then RN supervisor and finally RN Manager. Each of these roles required an increasing level of organizational, time management and communication skills. Now seeking new and rewarding opportunities for continued growth in my career.
