Accomplishments

    In my five years with the company, I rose from the lowest performing biller to becoming manager of the Billing Team. Due to my knowledge and proficiency in billing and systems I was asked to train a new manager in another team. I welcomed the task as it made me learn aspects of the job that I wouldn’t had been able to see, mainly referring to payment files and cash drawers.

    I am well known across the different departments in the company due to my disposition to understand the company as a whole as opposed to only becoming proficient in my area. My interest is to know the why as much as the what.

    I am a fast learner and responsible worker and I have a high ethics standard, characteristics known to my co-workers and Team Members.
