Project Name: “Recover Bihar", the "COVID-19 Last Mile Vaccination Project" in Bihar, India by raising awareness about COVID-19 vaccination and child vaccination, debunking myths, and addressing vaccine hesitancy. My responsibilities were:

  • Encompass strategic planning, community engagement, capacity building, and research collaboration to optimize COVID-19 vaccination efforts in Bihar
  • Team management and provide support to block-level teams, overseeing various project activities
  • Coordinate district-level training sessions, workshops, and review meetings, documentation of progress, reports, presentations, and action plans.
  • Innovate approaches to vaccinate vulnerable populations, including pregnant and lactating women, senior citizens, critically ill patients, disabled individuals, and school children.
  • Conduct research and planning necessary for program evaluation, assessment, and the submission of annual reports and budget estimates
  • Collaborate with Yale University on research activities related to COVID-19 vaccination.
