I was responsible for overseeing multiple departments within the Agency. My duties included Federal Programs, Accreditation, Child Nutrition, Indian Education, and all Financial Policies and Procedures directly involving state funds going to public schools. I was task with the distribution of $2.3 Billion in COVID Relief Funds which was recently given a clean audit from the Oklahoma Auditor and Inspector, Cindy Byrd.

I represented the State of Oklahoma through Speaking Engagements, Conferences, Professional Meetings, and casual gatherings at the local, state, and national levels.

I reported directly to the State Superintendent of Instruction and worked closely with all Cabinet Members to communicate the needs of local school districts across the state of Oklahoma.
