  • Using several programs that were needed by Citibank I would have access to the client's account to take both automatic dialer outbound calls as well as inbound calls
  • I would review and explain the accounts to clients and verify information while stating legalities, and then proceed to take payment on the accounts that were in need
  • I would often have to break down purchases and explain the status of each card so the client had a clear understanding of what needed to be paid and how it would benefit them
  • If payment was unable to be made that day I would talk with the client on a budget and see why the account was falling behind, oftentimes this would lead to me scheduling a payment or setting the client on a payment plan depending on the severity of the circumstance
  • The job required problem solving, empathy, the use of several computer programs at one time, and core knowledge of legalities and bank information
  • Shifts are 10hrs.
