Alongside my studies, I have gained valuable healthcare experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, where I developed a strong understanding of medication safety, patient communication, and interdisciplinary teamwork. My passion for nursing began in 2012 when I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. At just nine years old, I experienced firsthand the rigor, compassion, and advocacy that defines the nursing profession. Those experiences inspired my commitment to giving back to the community that has always cared for me—through the care, compassion, and service I will provide as a novice nurse.
