Sherwin-Williams Internship

My team in I were tasked so figure out how to build better partnerships with Residential Repainters. We worked collaboratively for 3 months trying to find the best way to build these partnerships. Our team presented our idea along with multiple other groups from our Central Illinois district and placed first. We then moved on to presenting along with the other winners of different districts across the Midwest and placed first again. This internship though me a lot about effective collaboration and the importance of working well with others and had a great time doing it.
