I believe in the power of community and strive to create lasting positive relationships wherever I can.
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, but have called the city of Seattle my home now for 20 years. I've been invested in Seattle's progress as both a member of this vibrant community, and as a dedicated management professional.
I find the most joy in developing working solutions for unique problems. I understand that businesses - as well as people - are multi-faceted, and pivoting to meet changing need is paramount. I tend to think, “How can this be better?" rather than, "This is how it's always been done."
Throughout my diverse career, I've learned this about myself:
I have keen insight into how to create lasting relationships.
- 98% retention rate in my work as a multi-family rental property manager.
- Ongoing collaborations with vendors, suppliers, and community organizers.
People Matter.
- Reviews from residents sound like, "...I felt respected as a tenant and as a human which isn't always the case with property managers in Seattle..."
- I achieved the lowest labor cost in my role as a general manager with team building based in support + positive feedback.
I am able to intuitively meet challenges with successful new ideas.
- Regularly exceeded profit & loss goals by implementing new policy and creating new business partnerships.
- Great success in marketing strategies meant to create incentive for potential clients and purveyors.
My short term goals include partnering with a property management firm or real estate brokerage to hone my current skills and learn from leaders in the industry.
Long term, I have the dream of opening Elizabeth Homes, a complete real estate partnership group with services including real estate sales, renovation project management, rental portfolio management, and more. We aim to be Seattle's singular stop for real estate investment needs.
I'd love to have the opportunity to discuss my qualifications further with any interested parties. Reach out today to connect.
