I'm currently a junior at the Arizona State Polytechnic School, pursuing a career in Professional Flight. My aviation journey began in high school when I earned my private pilots license during my senior year. After completing my private pilots license the summer after graduation, I started my instrument rating at ATP Flight School in Arizona. Following my instrument rating, I also obtained my commercial certificate at ATP, and I am currently working on my Multi add-on at ATP. In the spring of 2023, I had the opportunity to study abroad on a program called Semester at Sea. During this experience, I learned valuable global lessons through exposure to different cultures by visiting thirteen different countries. I gained perspectives on our world, and reflected on my personal life as well. I've had other opportunities to grow while in college through my involvement in the Alpha Chi sorority and the Women in Aviation organization at ASU. Here, I learned key leadership qualities by running the Women in Aviation ASU social media and gained social skills and professionalism through my sorority experience. Lastly, community service is very important to me, as I love the opportunity to give back to those in need in my personal community. I've done this through working with the homeless through the Uplift Organization in my hometown of Kansas City. I also have worked with A New Leaf organization which assists survivors of domestic violence here in Tempe, Arizona. I'm hopeful to continue this growth further throughout my personal life and future career. I aim to accomplish this by aligning myself with an airline and program that shares the same values that I hold.
