• Responsible in dealing, handling and resolving conflicts, feedback, complaints from the public and residents pertaining to the road and infrastructure projects inconvenience.
• Open dialogue with the public, residents etc. on public relation issues as directed on project related.
• Translating required documents/emails, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained.
• Handling correspondence from the client and site teams
• Liaising with technical staff to discuss any unclear points.
• Dealing with public complaint in a RPD industry professionally.
• Dealing, handling and resolving conflicts, feedbacks, complaints from the public and residents pertaining to the construction projects inconvenience.
• Conduct regular visits and ad hoc visits to the affected residents affected by the works and make necessary report, feedback to the clients and the affected resident.
• Coordinate and work closely with the supervision team to minimize inconvenience to the public.
