1 Manning and operating the fire command centre as the needs arises.

2.selecting and Training of fire brigade of Emergency Action plan as well as floor warden in case of fire, Active shooter or non fire emergency plans.

3. Training on building evacuation plans routes - state of readiness

4. Immediately report to 911 any fire or emergency and any determination to implement evacuation or emergency action plan .

5. Responsible for a daily check of the availability of fire safety brigade / Emergency Action Plan personnel.

6.Making an all call to the building occupants informing them of the nature of the emergency and what action has been decided and why the action has been taken.

7 conducting Refreshers training for fire brigades and the deputies as well as the floor wardens as well as their assistants.

8 . Accounting for the building occupants after Full or partial evacuation or in building relocation or Shelter in plans in the case of any emergency.

1.Train new employees and delegate daily tasks and responsibilities

2.Ensure resident’s safety and wellbeing

3. Co-ordinate with the Residential Aid (RA) to ensure the smooth operation of each shift .

5. Ensure that nightly head count and maintaining CARE 2.40 Reports

6. Ensure the cleanliness of the shelter and it environment.

7. Organisations and conducting monthly fire drills accordingly

8. Inspections of Fire alarms and extinguishers to ensure they are not dysfunctional or expired .

9. Perform all related duties as assigned by site director.
