I also became familiar with clinical protocols and note-taking. This direct exposure solidified my understanding of the physician assistant's role in a diverse healthcare environment.

I learned about structural and congenital heart diseases by shadowing Dr. Khan. My experience included observing patient histories and physical examinations, learning about diagnostic modalities like EKGs, and understanding treatment plans, which included important patient counseling.

I gained valuable experience shadowing Dr. Husain at his clinic, where I observed patient assessments, history-taking, diagnoses, and treatments. I also became familiar with routine vaccination procedures.
