Monitoring and responsibility for all administrative and operational processes of Turkish Airlines at Istanbul Airport.

I am responsible for the operational and administrative processes of all Turkish Airlines stations abroad and domestic stations outside of the Istanbul Hub. This includes preparing all operational regulations and procedures, obtaining approval from relevant official authorities, ensuring and monitoring their implementation in the field, ensuring the timely and safe execution of operations across the entire network, and overseeing the administrative processes of all personnel under my responsibility. I also manage the procurement and service agreements and processes at all stations under my responsibility.

I served as a representative for Turkish Airlines on the commission within Star Alliance that monitors passenger satisfaction and operational quality processes and decision-making mechanisms.
