  • Prepared, and obligated Purchase Request and Commitment (PR&Cs) for all of ULA. Identified that Un-liquidated Obligations (ULO) are valid and take appropriate action to liquidate them or de-obligate excess funds.
  • Responsible for maintaining ULA Drug testing Program by handling all coordination of the Drug testing/Physical for required new hires and random drug testing with HR.
  • Perform as ULA Timekeeping Lead for 365 employees.
  • Coordinate with Resource Management office regarding FTE usage.
