  • I have an array of responsibilities while working in the bistro and juice bar. I quickly learned how to make our extensive drink menu and with having zero coffee knowledge before hand, I was able to run the juice bar by myself after about 2 weeks. Along side taking and running orders, weighing out and preparing deli items, I often helped prepare raw ingredients for our kitchen. I am also always willing to help with what ever job needs done, whether it be doing dishes, taking out trashes, training new employees, helping in other departments such as bakery and grocery, or assisting a customer with whatever they need.
