• I Currently work as a project manager for Gorilla roof. My job is to find and sell hail restoration work with both residential and commercial owners. I do not have any set hours I make my own schedule. My job is to inspect assets for hail damage, help my clients file a claim with their insurance, meet and deal with the insurance company and oversee the rehabilitation of their property.

My hours vary and are extremely flexible.

• In charge of opening the bar and setting up.
• I was in charge of closing the bar and locking up/set the alarm.
• I handled the counting of the money at the end of the night. I also disbursed the tips at the end of the night.
• Prepared alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe standards.
• Poured wine, beer and cocktails for patrons.
• Ensured proper sanitation of bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Monitored guests' alcohol consumption levels to prevent over-intoxication or underage drinking.
• Checked identification cards for proof of age prior to serving alcohol beverages.
• Managed cash drawer at the end of each shift ensuring accuracy of funds received.
• Greeted customers and provided excellent customer service.

• Maintained cleanliness of dining area by wiping down tables after each seating.

• Assisted servers with carrying food from kitchen to tables, refilling drinks, and clearing away dirty dishes.
