· Provide technical support for employees and their desktops/laptops such as on site or remotely through Bomgar or Windows remote access and resolve these issues
· Maintain & troubleshoot AD/ LDAP issues & Office 365 such as assign associate to proper security group or policies to gain access to proper service after approval and reset passwords, checking licenses, migrate temp accounts to permanents accounts on Azure AD
· Provide support and resolution for issues involving WLAN, LAN Such as Unable to connect Company laptop to Company Network Drivers through VPN working with Protocol IPsec.
· On calls for Critical issues after Operation Hours (Rotations)
· Able to work off hours on special Projects such as upgrade & maintain servers like IBM server & preform upgrade and cabling organizing for DC racks
· Maintain VM’s environment and working on preform monitor and maintain and Backup and recover
