Nadesh Ngea

I am a certified scrum master with over 4 years of experience in the healthcare and banking sectors. I am Dedicated to being a servant leader to my teams by meeting company goals, utilizing consistent and organized Agile methodologies (scrum/kanban) to transition teams from high performing teams to mature teams, while adding value towards the quality of services and product deliveries to end users. Also, I am Skilled in working under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges to best enhance the organizational brand and improve company growth.

In August 2015, I started a dance team organization (T.R.I.B.E) at the University of Toledo. This organization was created to improve diversity among students of the Toledo community, and also a safe place were people can be able to release and express themselves through dance. It was also created to make people comfortable of who they are, and feel "Sexy" and Confident in themselves. This organization was a huge success, as it brought together many people from different countries, backgrounds and ethnic groups. This bond was build through one universal language "DANCE", and up till date i am proud to say this organization is still thriving at the University of Toledo campus.
