City of Moreno Valley - Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation Project

• In my role, I meticulously ensured compliance with project specifications, special provisions, and plans for this major $18M construction project
• My responsibilities included monitoring and inspecting traffic management activities
• I conducted field measurements and calculated quantities, enabling me to prepare detailed monthly progress payment reports
• Supervising the setup and removal of roadway closures was a crucial part of my duties, ensuring adherence to project plans, Traffic Management Plans (TMP), and approved lane closure schedules
• My inspection tasks covered a wide range of areas including sidewalk repairs, cold mill and overlay, pothole repairs, curb and gutter, pedestrian crossings, roadway markers, street resurfacing, and slurry seal of residential areas
• Conducting daily inspections was a significant aspect of my role; this involved documenting various elements such as contractor labor, equipment, daily construction progress, project site visitors, non-conforming work, safety issues, traffic control, and field measured quantities, along with taking daily project photographs
• Furthermore, I coordinated and provided directions for materials and geotechnical testing services, ensuring that all aspects of the project met the highest standards of quality and safety.

Dabash Residential Project

• Contributed significantly to the construction of a 6-floor residential building with 24 two-bedroom apartments
• My role involved overseeing critical aspects of construction, such as the quality of concrete, steel beams, columns, and windows
