Summary

Throughout my career, I've worked in banking, local government, nonprofit, manufacturing, learning and development, and financial services. While the industries have changed, the work that energizes me has stayed the same: solving problems, improving processes, and helping people do their best work.

I enjoy walking into situations where there's something to figure out. Whether it's creating a better training experience, organizing a project with dozens of moving pieces, or improving a process that no longer works, I'm naturally asking, "How can we make this better?" I don't shy away from unfamiliar challenges–I enjoy learning new industries, understanding how they operate, and finding ways to add value.

One of the things I'm most proud of is my ability to build trust with people at every level of an organization. I believe the best solutions come from listening, asking questions, and understanding how the work impacts the people doing it every day. That perspective has also helped me recognize inefficiencies others may overlook and turn ideas into practical improvements that make work easier, not more complicated.

No matter the title I've held, a few things have remained consistent: I enjoy bringing structure to complexity, helping people succeed, and leaving every team, project, and organization stronger than I found it.
