Work History

Representative II

Santander Bank
03.1996 - 01.2019
  • I worked in Customer Service and SAL, Support Service, on the phones Customer Service was with external customers and SAL was with internal customers. We were there to assist with any issue and own the call. If their issue was something that was not handled by our area, we assisted in getting them to the correct person or area that could assist them. We also assisted in SAL with policy and procedures and issues of not being able to open an account or process transactions if the internal customer was having problems doing these tasks. If there was a system problem that tech was aware of, we would do a ticket or get them to a tech representative. There were times we did special projects and other things as assigned.

Representative

Santander Bank
03.1996 - 01.2019
  • This was a back-office job, as a Bank Branch. I would do both teller transaction and platform transaction for customer service transactions. As a Teller Representative, I would post deposits that were mailed into the bank, do transfers of money to deposit accounts, CD’s and loan accounts, mail out the receipt to the customer. As a Platform Representative, I would open accounts, handle a dispute paperwork and any other issues, mail customer what is needed to be signed and returned to the Bank. If something could not be processed due to lack of all the information needed, I would try to contact the person and mail a letter with the information to the customer with a return envelope. Continue to assist the customer when the signed documents were received back. There were times we did special projects and other things as assigned.
