As a Senior Biochemist for the Hybridoma Department, my main responsibility was to oversee all assay development activities This included the characterization and isotyping of all new and established production MAbs and PAbs I also provided support to all intra- and inter-Siemens sites as needed I designed, executed, and improved ELISA runs to troubleshoot issues and maximize productivity This involved evaluating novel antisera, antibody antigens, and products I also performed quantitative studies of antigens for the CRM groups to support current projects and needs In addition, I possess advanced communication, interpersonal, and management skills to lead and manage a wide range of projects with varying requirements and specifications I am an adaptive and innovative individual with advanced critical-thinking abilities
