Alongside my work in childcare, I’ve also served as a Shift Manager at Arby’s, where I developed strong leadership and organizational skills. Managing a team in a fast-paced environment taught me how to balance multiple responsibilities, resolve conflicts with empathy, and keep operations running smoothly—all while ensuring excellent customer service. I’m proud of my ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and bring a calm, solutions-focused mindset to any challenge.
