I was in charge 375 members enrolled under Mercy Physicians Medical Group IPA. All referrals were processed online, our practice used ECW eclinicalworks. Patients assigned MPMG we used Nammnet/Optum Care. Processed referrals daily for specialist visits Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Podiatrist DM foot care, Ophthalmology DM eye exam and annual eye visits, Pulmonology sleep apnea, Urology PSA incontinence, radiology studies included mammograms, dexa scans, xrays, MRI's, CT Scans with and without contrast for DME wheelchairs, walkers, walking canes etc

Administrative Assistant: Responsible for completing new contracts for IPA's (independent physician associate). Maintaining and updating licenses for the practice CAQH (consul for Affordable Quality Healthcare), renewed Medical License, DEA License, certificates of Insurance The Doctors Company, City of Chula Vista license, CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) California state and San Diego county, renewed Hospital certifications for Sharp Memorial Hospital Chula Vista, Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista, Paradise Valley Hospital National City and Alvarado Hospital San Diego. Supervised staff including two other referral coordinator employees, delegated task, resolved conflicts, employee reviews, new hires and termination of employment.

During my employment with Dr. Espinosa-Melendez, I worked remote access while we lived New Delhi, India and Brunswick, Georgia.
