Natali Brikho

I am a first-year student at Michigan State University majoring in human biology with a strong interest in dentistry. I am eager to gain hands-on experience in the field, whether it is through a receptionist or dental assistant position, shadowing, or internships. With my academic background in science, along with my passion for patient care, I am looking forward to growing my skills and furthering my knowledge in dentistry.

 In the summer of 2024, I had the opportunity to shadow Dr. Mariana Aljumah at Sundus Marogy HY Dentistry. I visited the practice once or twice a week, observing a range of procedures. One notable experience involved observing Dr. Aljumah perform dental fillings, which allowed me to deepen my understanding of cavity treatment and restoration. While the experience was observational rather than hands-on, it provided valuable insight into the dental field and significantly contributed to my growing knowledge of dentistry.
