I have a passion to work in ministry and help make a difference in people's lives. Working at these jobs I was given good opportunities to share Christ and His love, but desired to work with younger girls in a ministry setting. As I learned more about Teen Challenge, I have seen how much it was everything I desire and feel called to do. I have a friend who went through the program and told me about her experience, which sparked my interest. While being discipled by Lydia Allen, she shared more and more about it, and I ended up writing a college paper on Teen Challenge. I would love to be considered to work here.
I served at Vineyard Church for around six years in their Sunday morning kid's classes, lead their youth ministry worship team, served on the production team and volunteered as a barista in their coffee shop, along with serving in different outreach events. From ages five to ten, every Tuesday I volunteered at Salvation Army with my Grandmother and made sandwiches for the homeless. From then I transferred to Discover Church and volunteered in their kid's classes for around seven months before moving over to their social media and communications team for the church and youth ministry, which is the team I serve on currently.
