As a Manager, I handle all cash including safe counts every
opening and closing shift, make deposits, entering tips in system, creating and receiving change
orders, and handling of checks. I am also able to create and reconcile vendor orders, do inventory
counts weekly/monthly, and complete inventory packets weekly/monthly. I also hold all keys to the
building including bar keys and responsible for opening and locking up whenever scheduled. I
access all emails sent to the theater, send out emails when needed, sign off on paperwork, handle
all calls, authorize visits from auditors, vendors, technicians and corporate visits, and oversee all
crew.
As a supervisor, I gained access to keys to the building,
gained access to theater emails, learned how to complete safe counts, learned how to
communicate with vendors, was in charge of all crew/crewleaders and responsible for checking all
crew work at the end of the night.
As crew lead, I got access to crew lead keys, was in
charge of locking all cabinets at the end of night and making sure all front was secured, in charge
of assigning duties, train all new hires, and made sure all crew was trained and doing their job
properly.
As crew, I would handle POS transactions cash, card and
apple pay, sell movie tickets, enter loyalty guests into system, offer memberships, make popcorn,
gather all items guests would ask for, make food including hotdogs, pizza and pretzels, rotate
inventory and put away any shipments, clean all theaters and concessions area including lobby and
hallways, and janitorial cleaning
