Operations, marketing, leasing, and customer service are my forte. I have been responsible for staff development and supervision, resident relations; full lease administration; guaranteeing that work orders were completed; lease renewals; property tours; distribution of physical marketing items; overseeing curb appeal; and tending to the needs of residents. I have proven success in sales and helped to maintain occupancy in the high- 90% range for each of my properties. Earlier in my career, I worked in the hotel industry for over 14 years.
