IOP TRANSITIONS: Establish IOP offices and onboard Phlebotomist into there new roles. Provide tools ,training, Equipment and Supplies. Go over entry of orders from requisition or pulling orders from database,managing standing orders. Verify test/client information and all written,electronic orders by use of lab technology system or directory. Enter billing information and collect payments when required

  • Read,understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures
  • Perform verification of patient signature post-venipuncture, verify tubes were labeled in their presence and name on label is correct.
