- Since becoming the Supervisor, we increased bulk sales from approximately 850,000 gallons to 1.25 million gallons of oil
- In the blending department, I was in charge of assigning the blends to my team to manufacture the oil and I work closely with the lead buyers to ensure we have sufficient inventory on hand for all blends
- If blended oils come out bad, I work with our laboratory to come up with a solution to fix the blend (issuing adjustments)
- Twenty people between two shifts report directly to me.
