- Assisted with special projects and installations from start to finish, including a project for a seven-fold increase in wattage density for Switch's data centers.

- Assisted with development and integration of EPMS and BMS systems with Environmental Controls team.

- Managed office insurance policy sales.

- Developed new sales techniques that increased monthly revenue by 50% overnight.

- Spearheaded the design of an automated sales system that allowed our office to compete with offices two or three times more manpower.

- Developed onboarding protocols for new customers that increased retention by 15%.
