I started with Apple in 2012. I quickly asserted myself as a reliable top performer. I was selected to help launch Apple Chat support program within 3 months of coming on board. From there I traveled back to phones with Tier 2 and the TMA program. While a Tier 2 I backfilled for and drove success for over 30 manager rotations. I then went on to Senior Specialist. While a Senior Specialist I helped build training modules, handled executive relations calls, held org wide development meetings for all of AMR Tier 2. I then was made a head liaison for our Store to AHA program, which involved on boarding over 3000 store employees to the AHA realm and helping manage their success. Most recently I did a rotation with the RQA team where I was DRI for 3 separate projects. I had to create surveys, assign tasks to 9 other individuals, compile results, and deliver keynotes to key stake holders throughout the business on our findings.
While work is important my impact on the community and the where my kids are growing up is just as much so. I spend time doing handyman work for low income families. Providing technical support for local churches and staff, plowing drives for the elderly, donate time for park clean ups, and help collaborate projects for low income families throughout the county are just some of the things I do in my spare time.
