  • In my time as AGM at Gitano NYC, I have overseen a transition from management group to independent operation. This includes having set up new vendors, created new SOPs for service, onboarded over 85 employees, processed orders, invoices, and inventories for both Front and Back of House. While serving as AGM, our GM left her position, leaving me as acting GM for over a month, during which, I processed payroll for Front and Back of House, scheduled Front of House weekly, processed write-ups, and disciplinary notices, administered terminations, and led the restaurant to over 1 million in sales in just 5 weeks.

  • In my time as Floor Manager for Gitano under Seaport Entertainment Group, I was initially focused on service standards and handling VIP clients as they came into the restaurant. That quickly developed as needs arose that took me to handling scheduling, ordering, and more senior responsibilities that were not being handled properly by those above me at the time. Some important notes in my time as Floor Manager include acting as a liaison to VIP talent, coordinating riders, bookings, and performances for major events such as our Grand Opening, Pride Sunday, Dia De Los Muertos, New Year's, and Valentine's Day. These events also relied on me to promote the parties, setup ticket sales, adapt our floorplan, and write new SOPs for Front of House staff for these special events.
