Recruiting:

  • Conduct full-lifecycle agency recruiting for programs encompassing capability development, cyber operations, IT, intelligence ops support, systems engineering (air, naval, space, and weapon systems), and special access programs.
  • Provide live support during and beyond working hours to both team, clients, candidates, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to assess workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and drive the hiring process.
  • Create job posts and monitor applications
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and program staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Support program retention by contractor engagement.
  • Travel to program sites to facilitate contractor engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with FSOs to manage security clearances and process SCI nominations.
  • Ensure high profitability margins for both ZPS and for clients.

Leadership:

  • Mentor recruiters in various aspects of recruiting (company tools, Boolean searches, sourcing strategies, MOSs, professional fields, requirements alignment, tips for locking down candidates, understanding requirements and government space, understanding programs, identifying risks, etc.).

Business Development and Capture Support:

  • Assist in evaluating new programs for subcontracting and vendor opportunities.
  • Execute proposal recruiting outreach to secure signed letters of commitment and identify critical/key personnel for task order capture.
