Food running, bussing, server help + taking care of all to-go orders with Doordash. The restaurant is located in Center City Philadelphia across the street from El Vez, very busy atmosphere always.

Making coffee, cold brew, espresso, steaming milk, mochas, lattes. Also cashiering and making sandwiches. The job also involved doing back of house and prep and having good communication with managers, staff & customers to promote a friendly atmosphere.

Food running / bussing, 200 table restaurant.

Taking orders, positive customer service. I also poured drinks for my tables sold wine, made cocktails. We would usually run around 8-10 tables at a time on a busy night.

Prepared foods, which consisted of cutting deli meats, charcuterie boards, slicing salmon thin ect.

Coffee Bar, similar to Federal Donuts making drinks, lattes, shots of espresso. (favorite drink the Romano - espresso + San Pelligrino blood orange)

-Good customer service, running through orders, also handeling all online orders, doordash - grub hub.
