• First we welcome the customer, we wait for him to settle down and go to ask if (he) is for a bar or restaurant.
• As we take the customer's order and serve the drinks first, and the rest in order
• To make the customer feel comfortable, we must go to the table for rubbish or empty sevs from time to time.
• After the customer is finished and lifted from the table, we follow him and welcome him next time, we continue to clean the table.
• Once the table is cleaned and wiped out in order, we're ready for the next customer

For the first time in this job as a waiter I worked in Albania, Tirana In a restaurant called KAON in front of the American Embassy, I trained with professionals in this field and I have learnt about it.

I worked there for three years without interruption.

After I worked in many other restaurants.
